Strong indications emerged earlier today that the 2016 budget proposal submitted to the National Assembly by President Muhammadu Buhari had gone missing.
Senate President, Bukola Saraki, after a brief behind closed-doors meeting with President Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Tuesday, January 12, declined to speak to journalists on the allegedly missing 2016 Budget proposal.
However, it was learnt today, January 12, that some senators disclosed to correspondent of Daily Trust that the disappearance of the budget was announced by the Senate Leader Ali Ndume during the closed door session.
