Adele’s ‘Hello’ video has gathered over 1 billion views on YouTube, just 3 months after the comeback tune was released.

The track is off the singer’s new album ‘25’, which was released on Friday, November 20, 2015.

24 hours after the release in October, the video had over 24 million views, surpassing Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar’s previous record of 20.1 million views in a day for their ‘Bad Blood’ collabo.

Amidst several covers by entertainers worldwide, Nigerian musicians including Omawumi, Praiz, Ruby Gyang, Niyola, Samklef and more also dropped their own version.
