It is really a
marvel that someone would think like this. A pant to prevent rape? Even
though it sounds funny but logically it has been debated well, looking
at the fact that of a truth any man with such sudden sight of HIV
declaration would think twice before attempting to go on with such
in-human act, except of course if the person is already an HIV positive
individual. Would you agree this method could really wade off rapists?
