After eight years of trying different presenters, organisers of the annual Gulder Ultimate Search have brought back actor Chidi Mokeme as the anchor for this year’s edition of the reality contest show.
The announcement was made on Sunday,
October 7, 2012, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, during the final
selection of the contestants and the unveiling of some team members.
The 12 finalists include Kofya Brown, Bornford Patience, Ayo Ojueromi, Uzor Osimkpa, Udodi Onyinyechukwu, Ezeh Priscillia, Ujam Emmanuel, Nuhu Haruna, and Ogbuefi Michael, as well as Ifet Iniobong, Ojezele Paschal and Adah James. They will proceed to the Usaka forest in Obot Akara local government area of Akwa Ibom State.
Mokeme will be joined by past winners, Dominic Mudabai, Michael Nwachukwu, and Christopher Okagbue, who will act as gate-keepers while the show is on.
The show is in its ninth leg and has been anchored by Tin Tin, Darey Art Alade, Bob Manuel Udokwu and Genevieve Nnaji, who hosted the celebrity edition.
