Singer, Innocent Michael, otherwise called Daddy Fresh, has revealed plans to release a new album; his first in years.
Titled Rough Diamonds, the album which
is going to be his fifth, in a topsy-turvy career spanning over two
decades, will feature 2face Idibia, Oritsha Femi, Ras Kimono and a few other notable acts.
Fresh says the album tells the story of his life and is a message to his fans as well those who look up to him, ‘...like a rough diamond, I have been to hell and back, thank God’, he said.
Daddy Fresh debuted in 1994. Before then, he had achieved national fame as a member of the group Pretty Busy Boys (made up of himself, Sexy Pretty, Daddy Showkey and Cashman Davis).
