Creative Black E.A has taken it upon itself to sensitize Nigerian youths about the basic things there is to know about sex especially in this season when love is in the air.
How better to pass a sensitive message on sex across to youths than in a fun atmosphere where they are relaxed and feel in tune with the message. The idea is to get youths together in a concert, present them with the fun they so much desire while at the same time enlighten them on the sensitive topic of sex.
Dubbed MUSIC, SEX And I, the concert, will hold at the University of Lagos on the 12 of February, two days before Valentines’ day. The concert promises to set the tone for a fun-filled and sexually safe Valentines’ celebration amongst youths.
High profile celebrities like Ycee, Ketchup, Timi Dakolo, Joke Silva, OC Ukeje, Uche Jombo, Brian Okwara, UTI Nwachukwu, Denrele, Owen Gee, Chris Okagbue, Immaculate, Paschalin Alex, Peejay among others will be present at the concert.
The concert is the first of its kind and it promises to thrill youths and at the same time put them on a path to avoid the menace of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and the king of them all, unwanted pregnancy.
How better to pass a sensitive message on sex across to youths than in a fun atmosphere where they are relaxed and feel in tune with the message. The idea is to get youths together in a concert, present them with the fun they so much desire while at the same time enlighten them on the sensitive topic of Safe sex.

The slogan for the concert, "fusing sick sound and safe sex" speaks volume of what youths should expect from the concert. Want the best of sound? Music, Sex and I got you; want to be informed on safeguarding your sex to ensure a long and healthy life? Music, Sex and I has you covered.
Youths have a whole lot more than sex education and fun to gain from the concert. In addition to these, issues ranging from handling peer pressure, self esteem, to building a charming personality would also be major highlights.
It is important to have all these topics discussed weighing the need for youths on campuses to understand the importance of proper and safe sexual practices and also what they need to fit into todays society.
To help achieve all the above stated, the celebrities that will be present at the concert would feature in a segment tagged 'Take-on-ten' hot seat where they would share their experience as regards safe sex.
The concert will also feature jaw dropping performances from Nigeria’s hottest singers at the moment.
While briefing newsmen on what the concert is all about, the C.E.O of Creative Black E. A. and initiator of the concert, Mr. Cyril Okoi, pointed out that, "We know youths love music and we are using this medium to pass the massage of safe sex; because most times parents talk about abstinence, but nobody tells a child what to do when they finally want to cross that line as they want their freedom from all boundaries".
