The Lagos nation Police Command has arrested a fake naval officer, Ahmed Abdullahi, within the Victoria Island location of the nation.

He stated, “i am not a robber, but it's far real that I impersonated a naval officer. I started out impersonating in December 2015. i am a motorcyclist, and i wanted which will flow on roads with none restriction.
“I desired to keep away from trouble from region boys, LASTMA officers and policemen. I came to Lagos closing year and i am making ready for my wedding ceremony in Adamawa. My bride, Aisha, and my parents do not know that i have been arrested. The police did not allow me to name them. it's far best my neighbours in Obalende, in which I stay, who understand.”
The suspect delivered that he were given the id card from a friend in Abuja after paying him a sum of N1,000.
“I want to move back to Adamawa so i can put together for my wedding ceremony on March 27. If I survive this case, i will now not come to Lagos state once more. i'm able to just relax with my own family in Adamawa and paintings on my father’s farm.”
The Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, who paraded Abdullahi and different suspects, said the suspects, if located culpable, could be charged to courtroom, including that the command would continue to ensure security of lives and property within the country.
