The Mango Lassi is a delightful smoothie which combines the goodness of mangoes and plain yogurt.
What you need:
- 2 mangoes - peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
- In a blender, combine mangoes, yogurt, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
