Whether you decide to hang out with "the One" or stay in for a movie night this weekend, There are five movies you just must not see this weekend.
While they are interesting love stories, they are just not perfect for a season of happy true love. Here we go;
1. P.S I love You.
Nobody wants to watch the story of a young widow who receives posthumous letters of encouragement from her late husband after he dies of a brain tumor, on a Valentine's day.
At least not when you can focus on perfect romantic Nollywood and Bollywood classics.
2. Titanic
Despite the fact that it stars your favourite actors-Leonard DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, it's still not one you want to see on Valentine's Day, unless you are ready for a three-hour sinking ship of sadness and tears.

3. The Fault in Our Stars
Without doubt one of the most emotional movies ever, "The Fault in our Stars" is based on the novel by John Green.
While we loved watching Hazel and Augustus fall in love with each other after meeting at a cancer support group, it's not one we would 'happily' watch on a Valentine's weekend.
4. A Walk to Remember
It's a great love story, and maybe you won't mind re-watchingLandon Carter and Jamie Sullivan fall in love, but you could save that movie night after this weekend.
5. Dear John
An adaptation of Nicholas Spark's book, the movie tells the heart-wrenching story of two young people who fail to find happiness together. That's definitely not the kind of movie you would trap yourself at home for on a Valentine weekend.
