Nigeria pop singer Ayodele Balogun, popularly know as Wizkid, over the past 2 years, has been brand ambassador for south african telecommunication giant MTN, but
according to exclusive information reported that he has ditched the telecom giant for Globacom Nigeria.
After two years of aligning with the South African telecom giant MTN, Wizkid has chosen not to renew his contract.
The self-acclaimed star boy who is currently working on his 3 studio album has pitched his tent with the Michael Adenuga‘s led Globacom Nigeria.
According to insider sources who reveled to Pulse.ng, reported that Wizkid‘s endorsement deal with Globacom Nigeria will pocket him with N120m.In May, the telecom giant renew most of celebs on their ambassadorial list such as Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Praiz, Sound Sultan, Nedu, Yaw, Dr Sid and many others, but top celebs that failed to extend their contracts as at that time is Wizkid and Davido.
However, last week Davido renew his own endorsement deal with at the company head office in lags.
With this piece of information, it seems GLO is about to do a major overhaul of its ambassadors.
