Having offended the gentle Melvin, Elikem advised Dillish to apologize because the matter could seriously affect their relationship in the House. So Dillish went to try and make amends with the Nigerian hunk.
The Housemates had been up to their usual drinking session when Dillish had made public what Melvin had told her in private. Obviously Melvin was not happy about this and therefore went about doing his own thing in the House.
After Elikem told Dillish that she might have hurt Melvin’s feelings and that she should go and apologise, he also told him to give him a kiss so Melvin knows that she means her apology. She went to sit next to him and asked him whether he was angry with just her or not. Cleo had also extended her deepest apologies saying that if she’s the one who had upset him then she’s sorry as well. “Did you apologize? If you apologize he’ll get over it, Nigerians take a long time to get over things,” Elikem said trying to console the girls.
Tonight Dillish tried to make sure that Melvin and her were cool and therefore reiterated that she was genuinely sorry that she had been the cause for his anger. “I didn’t do it to hurt your feelings or anything, we were taking it as a joke,” the gorgeous Dillish said. But this time around Melvin seemed to have been less angry than last night. Dillish asked that they make peace because she might be going home tomorrow and she didn’t want to leave knowing that she’d hurt a good friend.
After spending time explaining herself, Melvin finally accepted Dillish’s apology saying that he’s also human and does get hurt and upset. The two ended their conversation by sharing laughs and a hug as if nothing had happened.
