Born John Angela Chioma popularly known as Annjay is a Native of Ohaukwu local Government in Ebonyi State and the sixth born in a family of ten. She started her musical carrier in Redeem Christian Church of God at her teen age where she led the congregations as a choir for many years ago, and she is also one of the Nigeria Idol TV Reality show season one contestant. She is a prominent among her many talents, her ability to create master pieces out of ordinary life situations. Her song writing skill is indeed amazing. Annjay is also a professional journalist who joined Nigeria print media industry at her teen age and has so far worked with a different Weekly Magazine company in the likes of News of the people where she served as an entertainment reporter which was also her first place of work and later move to another oldest and popular weekly Magazine (Hints) owns by Dr. Ibekachukwu of Mobile Oil. She has also promoted both Top and upcoming entertainers in terms of publicities. Annjay has performed at notable events in Nigeria and outside the state. She has gone for a show where Lagos State Ex Governor Bola Ahemmed Tinubu was awarded, late Gani Fawemi first son Muhammed Fawemi and a whole lot of ministers but to mention few. She has performed along with some Nigeria singers at a show in like of Danny Young, Harrisong, Teju baby face, Waconzy, Austin Ray, Teddy, Muscatel and Joel Everlasting, W4 and the rest of them. Annjay stand out in a most amazing way. This fast raising Hip Hop dance all and an RnB pop star whose rhymes is so hot, possesses a limitless Chelsea of music talents when it comes to singing she is a true lyricist with powerful vocal delivery which never fails to capture your heart and make you fall in love whenever you hear her sing.
