– Julius Agwu staged first show after brain surgery
– Gospel artist Yinka Ayefele thrilled the audience
– Yinka Ayefele spoke on his greatest desire in life
Renowned Nigerian gospel artist Yinka Ayefele shared his greatest desire as he mounted the stage to thrill his audience on Sunday, February 7, at Julius Agwu show ‘Life As I See It, THE Rebirth’ at the Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Every artist who came on stage that night had either one or two life experiences to share before their performance. As Yinka Ayefele was about rounding up the show with his performance that got Dame Abimbola Fashola on her feet, he shared one of his biggest wish as he sat on his automated wheel chair on the stage.
Yinka Ayefele urged everyone present the show never to stop thanking God or to take Him for granted as He has given them their two legs and they are able to make good use of it. He said:
“Some of us standing in front of me right now do not understand the wonders God Almighty has done in our lives. We are here to celebrate the rebirth of another individual whom God has given another chance after his successful brain surgery.”
Yinka Ayefele added that: “sometimes, there are some things we appreciate we had in life and some other we also regret not having. How I wish I had another chance at life and I can stand on both feet the same way Julius Agwu and everyone in the hall is standing right now.”
The show which kicked off with a lovely performance by Julius Agwu’s children was attended by the wife of ex-governor of Lagos state, Dame Abimbola Fashola, Pat Utomi, Onyeka Owenu, Ali Baba, Nedu, Yinka Ayefele, Omo Baba, Gordons, Funnybone, Pastor Ighodalo and wife among others.
