A British-born woman claims she spent up to 20 minutes kissing and partying with Prince Harry in his VIP Las Vegas hotel suite, on the night of the Royal's infamous game of strip billiards.
Carrie Reichert, 32, tells the Mirror, "It wasn't romantic, just fun."
"He was so wasted, the alcohol affected him. I was there for 15 to 20 minutes."
The blonde said she was personally selected, with nine others, to party with the 27-year-old Royal. Later in the night, she claims to have been hand-picked to spend some private time with Prince Harry.
Reichert, who now lives in San Diego and runs SpaCarrie Wellness Studio, spent that weekend in Sin City with some friends.
"We kissed, he was naked at the time, and pretty open," said the beautician, to the U.K. publication. She also described the prince as being "really friendly," and someone who enjoyed giving "random naked hugs."
At the time of their tryst, Reichert was wearing a string bikini.
The 'happy prince' was photographed in the nude, with a still-unidentified naked woman, while vacationing in Las Vegas last month. Though two pictures were sent to TMZ, which broke the story, RadarOnline reports the scandalous evening may have also been caught on video.
But, according to Reichert, who is the first party guest to reveal her side of the story, plenty of others were in the buff.
The party "was not like an orgy going on, it was just sexy naked," said Reichert. "It was like almost a game. He was trying to get everybody to get naked. That was the whole point of him being naked."
The 32-year-old first saw Prince Harry earlier that evening at their hotel pool, the Encore at Wynn. A member of the Royal's entourage later approached her to see if she wanted to join the Penthouse party -- an offer she could not refuse.
When Reichert arrived at the VIP suite, she said there was no security check, music was going, and the alcohol was flowing.
"Harry was already undressed. It was just crazy. He looked actually delirious. There was a pool table and he was playing air guitar with pool sticks," said Reichert, to the Mirror. "He was screaming out, 'Somebody get me a glove! I'm going to do a Michael Jackson impression!'"
Reichert said she was not the woman seen with Prince Harry in the two photographs, but describes the mystery party-goer as a "shy and very timid" American girl, whose name escapes her.
Speaking of her private time with the Royal, Reichert said, "We kissed for 15 to 20 minutes. … We kissed again and he said, 'That was great.'"
A short, but "sweet" encounter, the beautician said Harry told her she was "beautiful and gorgeous" before the two returned to the party.
The debaucherous incident created an international scandal for the young Royal, but a Palace insider defended Prince Harry's behaviour in the most recent issue of PEOPLE Magazine.
"He didn't do anything unlawful," said the Royal source. "What he did was entirely his own business."
As for Reichert's take, she told the Mirror, “I understand he is royalty and his family looks on it harshly and as a royal you have to conduct yourself a certain way, but he was having fun."
"He should not be ashamed of the pictures. I feel sad he has to suffer people’s opinions but it will pass."
